What is the pricing of your wholesale/foodservice products?

Grace Farms Tea & Coffee offers competitive pricing for premium wholesale products allowing retailers to resell at industry standard margins. Suggested retail pricing for our consumer packaged products is $14 - $16 per tea canister or coffee bag.

We also offer attractive pricing for foodservice products inline with similar premium offerings. Pricing may vary slightly based on volume, location and distribution. Submit an application today and our team will reach out to get to know your business better and provide pricing.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We are a small business and we understand that starting small sometimes helps. That's why we have a low minimum of $160 for B2B orders.

For wholesale/retail customers that's 4 cases of product. For foodservice customers that is 1 case of coffee or 4 cases of teas. Easy!

Do you charge for shipping or any other fees?

No.

We believe in transparency. That's why we've built an all-in price when you order directly from Grace Farms Tea & Coffee which includes shipping for orders of $165+. What you see on the product page is what you will pay.

Sometimes you only need a small order, we get it. For orders below $165 we charge a flat shipment fee of $20.

Do you direct ship or distribute nationally?

We do both!

Grace Farms Tea & Coffee ships product directly to customers across the nation 5 days a week via common carrier (FedEx & UPS). For larger palletized orders we ship via LTL freight. Orders will usually ship within 2 - 3 business days from our central distribution location in Connecticut.

We distribute foodservice tea & coffee nationally through Canteen/Foodbuy, a Compass Group distribution company.

Do you offer payment/credit terms?

Yes, we offer standard 30 day payment/credit terms to qualified B2B customers.

We may require upfront payment for initial three orders and then extend terms once a relationship has been established.
